We are hiring a Banking Administrator into our well established Real Estate and Infrastructure Operations Team based in Swindon.

The role will include responsibility for administering suspense accounts, tenant rent deposits and providing support to the banking team.

This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract

Responsibilities

How you’ll spend your time....
  • Responsible for allocations of bank suspense items, on a daily basis, as requested from approved external third parties
  • Responsible for liaising with external lawyers and managing agents to ensure lease completion monies are allocated accordingly
  • Responsible for the opening, closing and management of tenant rent deposits, including associated payments by bank transfer
  • Responsible for the production of reconciliations, including bank suspense accounts, in accordance with agreed deadlines and team procedures
  • Responsible for indexing and filing documents to the Document Management System in accordance with agreed deadlines
  • Responsible for daily bank reconciliations in accordance with agreed deadlines on an adhoc basis
  • Responsible for the ensuring internal procedures and controls are followed.
  • To complete any other tasks as required.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have....
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure, with large volumes and to strict deadlines
  • Ability to follow procedures and controls and have the confidence to challenge the status quo
  • Confident communicator who is clear and concise
  • MS Excel skills
