Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant with a minimum of two years’ experience working within busy organisations?

I am pleased to be working with one of my favourite clients once again. They are busy and now require a super person to complement their small tight knit finance division.

This will be an excellent opportunity to utilise and enhance your skills- but requires a person with a brilliant eye for detail and real can do attitude.

Experience with Xero as well as any payroll exposure would be fabulous (but not essential)

Knowledge on how to prepareandinterpretfinancial statements,financialreporting methods, planningandimplementingaccountingcontrolswould be advantage

Role duties

AssistingwithAccountspayableandreceivable.

Liaisingwithsuppliersanddealingwiththeiraccountqueries.

Preparingsupplierpayments.

Creditcontrol.

Issuinginvoicesandinter-companyinvoicing.

Bankreconciliationsandmonitoringcash flow.

Salescommissionpreparationandcalculation.

Expensepreparationandpayments.

PreparingandcompletingquarterlyVATreturnsandsubmittingonlinepayments.

Carryingoutcreditchecks fornewresellers.

Monthendreporting.

Administeringtheffinanceteam’semailinboxandrespondingtoqueriesinatimelymanner.

Supportingongoingffinancial/accountingprojectsandthecontinuousimprovementofprocessesandcontrols...

OccasionallyassistingtheHumanResourcesdepartment.
