Miles Recruitment are looking for a confident and personable individual who can provide support to all departments in regards to financial functions and transactions, for our very well established and growing client to take on the role of an Accounts Assistant.

Within this position, you will;

  • maintain ledgers
  • complete payment runs
  • provide data entry of invoices
  • do the daily banking
  • complete billing
  • assist with month end reporting
You do need to have demonstrable knowledge of working in an accounts environment ideally with both sales and purchase ledger.

Your data entry skills must be both accurate and timely.

Experience of Sage Accounting Software will be advantageous.

Full working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel will also be hugely beneficial.

This position will be based in a busy and thriving company and you will be secure a market rate salary.
