They are seeking an experienced Accounts assistant to join the team on a Temp to Perm basis located from their Blackburn office.

Job Description

As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Support with budget preparation
  • Compile and review financial information for audits
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Work collaboratively within the Accounting & Finance department
  • Adhere to financial policies and regulations

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Accounts Assistant Should Have

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • A high level of integrity and reliability
