Our client is currently looking for an Accounts Assistant for an initial 3 month contract position, located in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities:

  • Back log of filing purchase ledger invoices and payments.
  • Completing files. We operate manual job files, so this would involve checking that all the relevant documents are in the job files, such as Sales Orders, Customer PO, GRNs, Purchase ledger invoices etc, and reallocating files to completed section.
  • Assisting with Credit control
  • Online ordering of Goods
  • Assisting with the processing of purchase ledger invoices and payment runs.

Requirements

  • Entry level position which would suit someone interested in pursuing a career in Accounts.
  • Strong IT skills and be comfortable placing online orders.
  • Full training will be given, but successful candidate should be able to work on their own initiative and have great problem solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
