We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to support a team covering maternity leave. You will be working alongside the Finance team supporting both accounts payable and accounts receivable departments, as well as assisting with general finance duties.

Main Duties
  • Processing purchase invoices, reconciling and preparing the payment run
  • Assisting with the sales ledger, including raising and processing sales invoices
  • Credit control to ensure timely payments from our customers
  • Reconciling complex customer accounts
  • Liaising with clients, other stakeholders and other departments in a professional and friendly manner
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Proven experience across sales and purchase ledger
  • Experience using MS Excel
  • Experience with Sage
  • Accounting and finance knowledge
