Duties Will IncludeWe are currently working with a well established construction company based in West Lothian who are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant/Finance Administrator to join the team.The role will be office based Monday-Friday and you will be joining a close knit friendly financial department which can offer opportunities to further develop your career and progression.
  • Dealing with credit payment
  • Supplier queries/statements
  • Management accounts (Proift & Loss, Balance sheets)
  • Updating Purchase & sales ledgers
  • Ad-hoc duties, answering phone, setting up meeting rooms for client meetings, stationary ordering etc.
  • Qualifications
  • HNC/HND or Degree in Accounting
  • Drivers licence
  • Purchase/Sales ledger experience
  • Management accounts experience
  • Ideally experience with Xero & CIS payments but full training will be provided
