Your New Company

Hays Accountancy & Finance are recruiting on behalf of their exclusive client for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their busy team on a long term on-going temporary basis. Salary is £21,000 - £23,000 depending on experience + hybrid working. Our client will consider full time and part time options for this position as well.

Your new role

Working as part of a busy team you will assist the Finance Manager with a variety of Finance tasks but with a focus on Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable. You will raise & process invoices, process payments, complete payment runs, complete credit control duties, liaise with suppliers & customers & deal with any queries.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

You will be an experienced Accounts Assistant who is comfortable with both sales ledger & purchase ledger. You will have strong communication skills and good IT including Excel. You will be immediately available or on a short notice period.
