Finance Assistant - Honiton
Salary up to £21,000 DOE
Permanent, full time, hybrid working.
Butler Rose is working with a successful, growing business in Honiton to recruit a Finance Assistant on a full time, permanent basis. A varied position, this role reports into the Finance Manager and will be a key position, responsible for the accurate collation of accounting information across the business.
Main duties will include:
We are looking for an accounts assistant who has previously worked in an Accounts Administration role and looking to take a step up with more responsibility. You will be working in a strong, qualified accounting team who can provide support and guidance to help you develop your skills and knowledge. You may be working towards your AAT and will understand the basics of a finance function. You will be team orientated, have good knowledge or Excel and finance systems.

- Sales reporting and analysis
- Credit control and collating direct debit payments.
- Weekly payment runs and supplier liaison
- Weekly bank reconciliations
- Working closely with Customer Service to track costs and suppliers.
