Everyone is super friendly, highly enthusiastic about their work and genuinely want to help their clients thrive.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of financial matters, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting and cash flow management. You will be expected to provide accurate financial advice and guidance to the company’s clients and ensure that all financial operations are conducted in a timely and efficient manner, but above all you will be responsible for ensuring that your client has an exceptional service.The Role:- Effectively communicating with clients through various methods such as phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Proactively following up on outstanding records
  • Responsible for onboarding new clients
  • Preparing, sending, and submitting accounts and tax returns
  • Providing advise on tax
  • Complete, review and organise book-keeping and VAT returns
  • Liaise between clients and HMRC to handle and resolve any enquiries that may arise
  • Carry out end of year financial and fee reviews
  • The Person:We’re looking for a friendly and experienced team player to take on a client-focused role with us! The perfect candidate will have a professional membership, solid tax expertise, and be comfortable providing direct advice to clients. Along with at least 3 years of accounting experience, great communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and Word, familiarity with QuickBooks and Xero would be a bonus. The perfect candidate will have a positive attitude and will genuinely want to work in partnership with their clients to make their financial experiences as smooth as possible!Additional Information (the interesting bit):Enjoy 37 days of holiday including bank holidays and an additional day off for your birthday.
