We are looking for someone to join our team who is AAT qualified to level 4 or qualified by experience. Most importantly you will need to have an eye for detail, the ability to liaise with suppliers, team members and clients verbally, electronically and in person.

Experience of Xero is essential as is a working knowledge of preparing month end/year end accounts, VAT and bookkeeping for limited companies.

This role will be home based but some training sessions and team meeting will be held in Midsomer Norton. You may also be asked to work from our office base to cover holidays of other staff.

Involvements with clients will likely increase over time as will technical knowledge and we actively encourage ongoing training and education whether in house or professionally run courses.

Hours are part time with a degree of flexibility but ideally 6 a week on average (spread over at 2-3 days to allow regular checking of incoming invoices & communications)

There is a high potential of growth within this role and within the business itself; more hours are likely to be available for the candidate with the right skill set.
