Account & Operations Director (tech/marketing)

The Opportunity

Are you great with clients? Do you love coordinating with clients and partners in the smooth running of workflows and operations? Are you passionate about cross selling/upselling? Do you have strong attention to detail and organisational skills? If so then this is the role for you!

Join this strong and driven tech company who are super successful in taking brands and launching them in new global markets. It’s an exciting time in their journey and they are looking for a talented Accounts and Operations Director to jump on board and grow with the senior management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the smooth running of all accounts and creating close client and vendor agency relationships
  • Managing the operation between internal and external teams and leading this strategically and exceptionally
  • Play a key role in centralising workflows with both clients and vendor agencies, ensuring a strong relationship is built, execute the growth of accounts and fixing blockers
  • Facilitate with the onboarding and activation fulfilment workflow process
  • Support business development teams by facilitating the pitch process and presenting proposals to clients
  • Proven experience in cross selling and up selling services/ products

Experience Required

  • 5+ years’ experience within the marketing sector
  • Impeccable client services skills at a senior level
  • Outstanding project management and negotiation capabilities
  • Varied software understanding
  • Strong communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
