Job Overview
We are looking for someone to help us manage and grow our B2B sales and accounts. Our account manager will be a key point of contact for Peak Blends’ stockists and wholesalers. You will be expected to check in with each one on a regular basis and ensure they are happy with the products and service. You will also work with our team to generate new potential leads and accounts.
As a fast growing start up there may be a variety of tasks outside of the direct role that we would want you to help and be involved with.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Regular contact with existing customers, keeping them updated with latest offers and products throughout the year
- Processing orders for our stockists and ensuring they receive the best possible service.
- Maintaining and updating the client database to keep all details refreshed and accurate.
- Work with our team to ensure the a smooth order, billing and payment process.
- Work with our team to create promotional materials and products that would benefit our customers and sale of our product through wholesalers.
- Sourcing new potential leads and initial contact through a variety of methods.
- Maintain a number of corporate / affiliate schemes.
Requirements
- You will be working at a growing start up / high intensity environment to help build business.
- Experience building spreadsheets with Microsoft Excel and similar.
- Used to working B2B and providing high levels of customer service.
- Experience with account management and/or sales ideal.
- Interest in nutrition, food + drink products, sport and a healthy lifestyle.
- Commercially aware and strong understanding of the food and nutrition sectors.
More Details
We are a new + growing company, looking to build a great team for the future.
- Our office is in Bolton, Greater Manchester.
- Timeline: Looking to interview and hire asap, but we will wait for the right person.
- The role is part time, with flexible hours, to be discussed. Potential to develop role into full time position, with commission.
