Big Wipes is a dynamic business that has stormed to its No.1 position as the preferred tradespersons choice when it comes to a quick & effective, antiviral, totally portable cleaning product for hands, tools and surfaces.

They are now seeking a person to join their team who can capture & command an audience as an in store Sales Demonstrator (Account Manager) - National Builders Merchants. The position is a full-time permanent role based at their offices in Maidenhead, Berkshire with coverage of a South-East region with some travel nationally.

Candidates will need to live within commuting distance of the UK Head Office in Maidenhead, Berkshire (essential).

’No one ever told me work could be this fun!’ Demonstrating, entertaining, engaging and closing the sale will be great fun and rewarding for you and the whole Big Wipes team. You’ll be supported, trained and equipped to succeed but only you can ultimately make that possible.

Key Responsibilities

The kind of person Big Wipes are seeking with has a strong desire to develop a sales career. This position presents a real opportunity to break into sales and account management.
  • Support National Account Team by visiting and demonstrating a range of products to National Builders Merchants e.g. Travis, Jewson & Selco.
  • Direct Account responsibility for regional customers will develop.
  • Support & ultimately full responsibility for our regional exhibition program.

Qualifications And Experience
  • Qualified Maths & English (at least GCSE level) with a standard of higher level education preferable
  • Some commercial work experience
  • Full of energy & enthusiasm
  • Great people skills - do you find it easy to strike up a conversation with anyone and command attention?!
  • Personable & relatable
  • Commercially aware
  • Creative
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Ability to use initiative and act independently (practical-minded)
  • Must be organised
  • Computer literate
  • Full product training will be provided
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
  • A company demonstration vehicle will be provided.
In return, Big Wipes is offering a basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum plus uncapped commission & benefits.
