POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Do you have a passion for building relationships with customers? Are you looking to advance your career in sales? Reynolds and Reynolds is looking for an Account Manager to join our team!

As an Account Manager, your primary focus will be to promote the sale of Reynolds’ products to automotive dealerships. In this role, you will drive market share growth and show how our dealership management solutions can help deliver superior results. You will not only be responsible for growing our annual one-off and repeat revenues each year, but you will also work to achieve competitive knockouts for any or all of the DMS and CRM applications. Managing some of our largest UK customers, you will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with your customers.

In this role, you are eligible to receive a company car or a car allowance for both business and personal use and will be provided with an iPhone and tablet computer. Expected travel in this position is 2 days per week.

EXPERIENCE:

•Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales

•Ability to build strong, long-term client relationships

•Able to make cold calls to initiate/create demand for our products and services

•Possess negotiation skills with the ability to prepare detailed proposals, contracts and statement of works

•Excellent presentation skills and the ability to present to large audiences

•Experience selling SaaS or knowledge of the automotive industry in a selling capacity is beneficial
