  • Managing customers within customer credit limits and taking payments when necessary.
  • Prospecting new customers
  • Processing customer’s orders and making sure the correct information is processed through our system.
  • Building a business relationship with customers.
  • Giving product information including stock availability, prices and delivery.
  • Placing enquiries and orders with 3rd party suppliers.
  • To record/report details on any stock shortages
  • Making sure the correct delivery information is processed.
  • Making sure all information is accurately communicated to the customers
The Key Responsibilities Of The Account Manager
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • A basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to use CRM
