VX Fiber is looking for A successful Account Manager who will work across Staffordshire and Bristol liaising with property managers, leasing agents in MDU’s and Business Parks to market Full fibre deployment and services and packages to residential and business customers. This critical role requires an effective and creative communicator to build strong relationships with companies and key principals to gain sales access to potential new customers living in these properties.

This is a hybrid role, will require travel to Staffordshire and Bristol as and when required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify owners of Multi-Dwelling Units and housing associations be it private or council owned in the given territory
  • Identify Owners of Business parks
  • Cultivate relationships with the builders, developers, property owners, property managers, homeowners association, councils, park and consultants that can positively impact VX Fibers business growth
  • Proposition VX Fiber as fibre builder, operator, manager and LilaConnect as an Internet Service provider in MDU’s and Business parks
  • Educate customers (B2B and B2C) and provide solutions to meet their needs, host events to build brand awareness and increase penetration in our Connected Properties
  • Meet and exceed budgeted penetration goals within an assigned territory.
  • Constantly seek out and create opportunities to increase penetration and generate revenue.
  • Become an expert in the competitive environment and be able to communicate regarding competitive offerings while effectively positioning VX Fiber as the best Fibre provider and Lila as an ISP choice for assigned territory.
  • Participate in activities that promote VX Fiber trade fairs, trade organizations, informational sessions etc. during non-business hours
  • Work with developers, property managers, and leasing agents to ensure onboarding of customers in newly built communities
  • Provide quality internal and external customer experience from pre-installation through customer life cycle, including prospecting upgrade opportunities.
  • Ensure we always have updated information in a timely manner to keep our sales funnel active and current
  • Act as a client advocate and work with internal departments to ensure that the clients needs are understood and satisfied.
  • Assist with making sales, and improving the overall customer experience.
  • Provide all collateral, promotional items and selling tools to all property management.
  • Manage the sales process and effectively communicate offers to the leasing agents (i.e., how to pitch our services)
  • Manage and track key sales metrics.

Requirement

  • Experience of having worked with property managers, housing associations leasing agents, councils and sales acquisition in the stated sectors
  • Skilled at strategic sales

  • Telecom experience desirable
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Competency in verbal, presentation, and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels.
  • Culture carrier who energizes, engages, and leads through continuous change.
  • Self-starter with the ability to independently plan, organize, and prioritize sales initiatives, projects, and performance objectives with clearly defined metrics
  • Strong collaboration with direct sales, peers, and executive leadership to provide key on the ground insights and feedback to support the development of regional strategies
