Recruiting for an experienced Account Manager who will oversee every aspect of the customer experience. Managing both the business and the customer(s) to ensure standards and contractual agreements are achieved whilst also meeting the commercial needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand the customer’s requirements and create a strategic plan to meet both the customers and business needs
  • Build, retain and strengthen customer relationships at all levels.
  • Seek out and identify sales opportunities to grow both sales and margin
  • Manage and monitor contractual KPIs with regular communication with customer on performance and adherence
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process and service improvements
  • Build good customer relationships which are profitable and commercial
  • Build good internal relationships with all departments
  • Accurately monitor forecasts, stock levels, budgets and debtors
  • Review information on weekly / monthly KPI’s for reporting to senior management
  • Hold monthly & quarterly meetings with clients that are accurately documented
  • Maintain & update data on the company’s CRM system
  • Successfully lead a project team to deliver high value, business critical projects
  • Ability to work under own initiative, delivering solutions to possible or actual business risk or concern
Essential Criteria
  • Proven track record of managing accounts as either an Account Manager, Account Executive or Commercial Manager role (min 2 years experience)
  • Experience in fashion and textiles industry
  • Excels at customer service and project management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM software
  • Strong networking skills
  • Good organisational skills – ability to manage multiple projects and interpret data
  • Ability to work under pressure to strict targets and deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence people at all levels
  • Proven business/commercial awareness
  • Account Manager – After full training completed: min. 2 days office, flexible working hours, and early finish on a Friday, plus other benefits as part of the package.
