Process Instruments (UK) Ltd. (Pi), is an award-winning company that provides high-quality water analysers to all water related industries including; drinking water, waste-water and industrial water across the globe. Pi has been growing at an average of 20% a year for 12 years (excluding Covid years) and doubles in size every three to four years.

Our solutions include our market-leading analysers that combine traditional instrument capability with class-leading controls and Water 4.0 cloud based, remote access solutions.

We are now seeking an Account Manager to join our dedicated team on a full-time, permanent basis and provide vital support to our clients and the sales process.

Your Role

As an Account Manager, you will provide exemplary service and support to the customer journey, ensuring new and repeat business opportunities.

Identifying and evaluating new customers, you will maintain and develop existing relationships via phone and email.

You will accurately process quotes and customer orders, developing technical solutions to their problems and assisting with installation and servicing queries.

Additionally, you will:

- Assist in creating presentations, marketing materials and manuals

- Analyse data to create reports and track spending habits and cycles

- Work alongside the Business Development Managers to ensure continuity of communication with customers

About You

To be considered as an Account Manager, you will need:

- A technical qualification (like a science degree)

OR

- Significant experience in a technical role
