Route Hire Recruitment is looking for an Account Executive for our client based in Thame.

The successful candidate will be well versed in administration, communication, and IT and have a confident and positive style, with a desire to progress.

Previous experience working in an office or logistics environment is required, however, is not essential as training is provided for entry-level candidates.

Account Executive/Admin Duties
  • Reception duties, Answering inbound calls
  • General office administrative support
  • Transport support: Answering inbound ‘Transport Team’ phone calls and assisting the caller
  • Account Management support
  • Stock control
  • General Business Support
Skills

Required
  • Sound Microsoft skills
  • Confident telephone skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Works well on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • A positive approach to all scenarios
  • Desire to learn and progress
Hours to be worked between 8 am and 6 pm (with 1-hour lunch break)
