We’re looking for an Account Director to join a growing events team, working as part of the event sales team on an exciting new event in the beauty sector - The Beauty Show. This new event is taking place in September 2024, attracting some of the best brands who wish to showcase their products to our affluent audiences.


What you’ll be doing…

As Account Director, you’ll be responsible for selling stand space, building up a new client base and developing key business relationships. You’ll be required to generate revenue by contacting prospective new clients, focusing on customers interested in our new beauty event.

You’ll also manage a Sales Executive who will support you achieving the stand sales target.


Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…

  • Ideally, experience within a sales role on consumer events or exhibitions.
  • Track record in a sales environment, preferably within the exhibition sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage your own workload to ensure exhibitors receive a consistent, high level of customer care from contracting through to the event.
  • Demonstrable success in sales.
  • Organized with good time management.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good negotiation and objection handling skills.
  • Demonstrable Beauty industry knowledge and client contact base is highly desirable.

The expected range for this role is £35,000 - £60,000.
