Job Description


The Client

This role is 100% focused on the LVMH account, a high profile and very recent new win that is being onboarded between March and June 2022. An international sub-agency called Publicis Media Luxe has been formed, as a bespoke team dedicated to the LVMH maisons, of which there around 40 active brands in the UK. In the UK, Publicis Media Luxe team are aligned within Spark Foundry media agency, with access to Spark’s wider team, talent, tools, management and benefits.

Publicis Media won the business in 2020 in 15 markets in Europe and created Publicis Media Luxe, a bespoke agency solution, in all of markets to best serve LVMH. The central agency team leads the relationship out of our White City London hub, coordinating with regional Publicis offices in 17 EMEA countries. You will be joining a new UK specific team being built to service the UK LVMH clients, following our exciting extension of the business into the UK and France in March 2022.


Qualifications


We are seeking an individual that has experience and is passionate about the luxury marketplace. This role is split across key accounts for Spark Foundry and would benefit an ambitious individual who has the vision and skills to move the brands campaigns forward across the Publishing, Direct Display and Audio spaces. Innovation, regular test and learn approaches, whilst ensuring brilliant basics are at the heart of everything is imperative to this role.

You need to have great communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills – our clients like to be challenged but with diplomacy. Close attention to detail, people management skills and a positive attitude are also crucial. You will be expected to develop media strategies and plans working closely with other investment channels. You will naturally be working very closely with the digital and programmatic teams, ensuring that your campaigns are working in synergy with one and another, with the opportunity to optimize. You will be working closely with the comms planning team to support our clients and help to make their brands famous.

The ideal candidate will be very commercially astute and have extensive knowledge and know-how in planning and buying across; publishing, audio (inc their digital platforms) and direct digital. Being a confident negotiator and harboring good relationships with partners and auditors. A strong knowledge of the luxury marketplace and it’s unique ways of working is vitally important for this role.

You will be expected to demonstrate your confidence and understanding of working with high profile brands and have a track record of developing innovative work, with commercial acumen at the heart of everything you do.
