MARKETING ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

The successful person will be joining a passionate team who pride themselves on providing a first-class service to their clients. As Head of Client Services, you would be the person to continue this positive client experience to all clients across multiple different sectors.

WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW...

• Salary is in the region of £40k to £50k DOE.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING...

This role has massive scope, and you will be given the autonomy to really carve your own role. The backbone of the role is all about client delivery, success, and experience. You will champion this and the company ethos.

Using your experience within a similar role/agency you will have first-hand experience of overseeing client objectives and assessing the deliveries they receive. A small snapshot of the role is below:

• Ensuring work gets delivered on time, to the highest standard, across the whole business.
• Taking responsibility for setting and achieving client KPI’s
• Working closely with the Senior Account Managers to ensure their departments are working well and client satisfaction is high.
• Up-selling and spotting new opportunities on existing accounts.
• And much, much more!

YOU MUST...

• Have experience in a similar role, ideally within an agency environment.
• Have working knowledge across all aspects of digital marketing with a focus on Paid campaigns and SEO.
• Be extremely client focussed with a consultative approach.
• Be confident in challenging strategies where needed.
• Be able to report back to the Director of the business with regular updates.
• Have a positive approach to motivating and leading teams.
