Are you our next EF star team player?

We are currently looking for an Accommodation Coordinator to join our Operations team in Oxford. As the Accommodation Coordinator, you will play an integral role in our local team.

We are looking for a high calibre individual to join our EF Oxford school. You will be part of the Operations team and report directly to the Accommodation Manager. You will also work closely with the broader local team in other destinations around the UK and EF’s offices around the world. Our aim is to provide the best student experience and consistently grow our business, it is therefore fundamental that each school has the best team to ensure outstanding customer service and maintain strong local relationships with suppliers and host families.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a goal-oriented and energetic team player. You are driven by clear results and do not hesitate to walk the extra mile to reach your targets.

  • visiting local families ensuring compliance and standards
  • Ensuring the smooth running of our student accommodation during the summer
  • Monitoring student evaluation comments and scores and responding to comments and complaints as required during the summer and off-season groups
  • Ensuring a high level of customer support service to host families

Who will you be working with?

Globally we are 52,000 staff, faculty and teachers, working in over 612 offices and schools across 52 countries, and having a global presence in 116 countries. Locally we are a team of managers, teachers, accommodation-, student services-, activities coordinators (and many more) who run the school together. We have different backgrounds and many stories to share with you.

What is required?

To be successful in this role, we need you to be legally able to work in the UK. Therefore, you need to have the right to work in the UK. To keep up with the standards in our school, you also need to have a fluent level of English.
