The School of Engineering is part of the Faculty of Technology at the University of Sunderland.
We are looking to expand our team of Academic Tutors and Markers, working in all aspects of Engineering, including:
Mechanical
Electrical
Electronics
Manufacturing
Project Management
We continue to grow and develop new programmes and have recently invested £1 million in engineering labs to enhance research and teaching across all areas of our curriculum. In addition, the school is planning to further develop our learning spaces to inspire and teach current and future engineers.
We welcome applications from suitably qualified candidates with relevant academic credentials. Tutors with recent practitioner experience to add to their excellent academic credentials are particularly welcome to apply. Markers should posses a minimum of a masters or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant discipline. Experience of marking in higher education would also be desirable but not essential.
