This three- year fixed-term post is an excellent opportunity to gain training and experience of teaching and research within an academic environment.

Applications are invited from veterinary surgeons who have an interest in veterinary education and would like to undertake an MPhil on that subject. You will have a Degree in Veterinary Science

You will work alongside a team of senior academic staff. Teaching will consist largely of small group face to face teaching in anatomy, physiology, clinical and professional skills, with opportunities to gain experience of admissions, assessment and student support.

Your research project will build on our current projects into student learning in the early years of the veterinary curriculum and will embed with teaching activities.

Candidates selected for interview will be sent a list of potential projects.

Training and support leading to a HE teaching qualification and MPhil will be provided.

This post is available on a fixed term basis from January 2024 until December 2026.
