Based in Wetherby, our client specialises in technical solutions within the professional and finance sector across the UK. For over 15 years they have accelerated growth through secure and responsive support and Infrastructure. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking to take on a dedicated 3rd Line IT Support Technician.

WHO ARE WE?

Founded over 15 years ago, we now offering our services in several locations across the UK. We are a team of strategic and passionate individuals delivering secure architecture to companies across the UK. We are now looking for an IT Support Technician to join our helpdesk team to assist with support and service requests. We also believe as a company to offer our colleagues opportunities to grow and develop with the company.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You will be part of the helpdesk team offering technical escalations and providing technical support via telephone to our customers. You will act as the primary point of contact to all critical and high priority tickets and manage our inbound email queue. Actively contribute to knowledge management and documentation of common fixes and processes.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

• ITSM / ITIL / Azure / Office 365 / MSP / Horizon / Cisco / Watchguard / Datto
• Demonstratable experience in Microsoft cloud products
• Extensive experience in remote support preferably in a managed service environment
