2nd Line Telephony Engineer - 35K - Congleton

Senitor Associates are working in tandem with a multi-national telecommunications business that are looking for an excellent 2nd Line Engineer to join their team. The role will be a mixture of home working/office work with a split throughout the week and offers the chance to join an incredible technical team working under a Technical Manager with years of telecommunications experience.

The office boasts a gym, restaurant and hotel alongside other excellent perks and the role itself will involve ownership of reported tier 2 issues, initial diagnosis and then deciding the appropriate course of action.

Job technologies:
Connectivity (Analogue Lines, ISDN, aDSL, FTTC, Fibre Leased Lines)

Equipment (Entry level routing, Ethernet Switches, ATA’s, POE, IP Handsets)

Telephony (Gamma Horizon, Avaya, Wildix, Nfon, NTA, VOIP)
