If you’ve got 2 years or more experience in a 2nd line IT support role, then it’s time to update your CV and send it to us right away.

We’re looking for a dependable and cool-headed problem solver who’s prepared to roll up their sleeves and help resolve our customers’ IT issues.

You’ll join a highly trained team of dedicated IT support specialists who are passionate about IT and, most importantly, giving their customers the best support experience possible.

Every day brings a new challenge and you’ll be exposed to a wide variety of clients (from a broad range of sectors) and a host of different technologies, so literally, no two days are ever the same. Plus you’ll be attending client sites, so lots of opportunities to be hands-on.

You’ll also play a role in key client projects - plus there’s lots of opportunity for personal development and training as the company is very people-focused.
