2nd Line Support Technician Stonehouse £24,500 - £32,000 This is an excellent opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Technician or experienced Support Analyst to join my client who are a market leader in their industry! Having grown year on year and having new markets they are looking to expand into, it is an exciting time to join this forward thinking, dynamic organisation. Responsibilities-Provide 2nd line technical support, including proactive monitoring and responding to potential issues
  • Dealing with customer projects and new installations both remote and on-site
  • Managing and supporting internal systems
  • Providing remote and on-site, customer facing support
  • Third party supplier management Personal Requirements
  • Previous experience in an IT infrastructure support role
  • Customer service focused
  • Strong communication skills
  • Motivated and positive attitude with a good work ethic Technical Requirements (not all essential)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and associated Microsoft Cloud technologies, Microsoft Azure or AWS
  • Previous physical server and storage management/support
  • Experience with Infrastructure management
  • VMWare and Hyper-V based infrastructure
  • Wireless technologies and solutions
  • Network infrastructure management
  • Previous exposure to disaster recovery solutions
  • Knowledge of Firewalls, anti-virus, and other security technologies
