Recruit Moore have been approached by our client in Chandlers Ford to support them in finding a 1st Line Support Technician.This role would suit someone with 1st or 2nd Line support experience, who is looking to join an established and growing company.You will be responsible for working with different systems, software and hardware, and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments.Duties to include -
  • Manage, troubleshoot and provide resolution of service incidents across IT and WAN products and services, including but not limited to:
    • Desktop installation, configuration and support
    • Software installation, configuration and support
    • Basic Server configuration and support
  • Maintain current Zendesk ticket system from end users to acceptable levels including regular communication via email, telephone and service tickets
  • Support and document changes to the Apple (Mac) environment (including updates and OS upgrades)
  • Use remote management solutions to assist with resolving service incidents (TeamViewer)
  • Deliver and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support, co-ordinate and maintain relationships with internal teams where required.
  • Proactively update and monitor existing IT systems ensuring they are maintained and kept up to date.
  • Assist with technical projects for technology deployments / upgrades etc. as required by the business.
  • Ensure that you familiarise yourself and comply with Health & Safety and Equal Opportunities, rules and regulations relevant to your role.
Our client is looking for someone with technical support experience at 1st Line level, with a view to developing to more technical 2nd Line.Salary - £23,000 - £25,000, plus a £500 (take home) bonus in your first month!Hours - 08:30 - 17:00, Monday - FridayBenefits - Free parking, company discount, day off for your birthday, and many more!Recruit Moore acts as an employment agency in relation to this role.
