My client is an industry leading Managed Service Provider based in Crawley. They have recently transitioned through an exciting phase of growth and are looking to strengthen their team.

They are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to come in and provide first class support for their customers. Growth and development is at the forefront of my clients focus and promotes from within.

Skills will expect from you:

Comfortable troubleshooting technical problems

Windows Server 08-19

Windows 10

Virtual Servers (VMWare, Hyper V)

Azure

Office 365

Network maintenance & troubleshooting

Operating ticketing system

Proactive can do attitude
