1st Line Support Engineer - Managed Service Provider - Daresbury1st Line Support Engineer - Windows/Office 365/Support - DaresburyRoc Search is currently working with a Managed Service Provider who are looking for a 1st line Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.The position will be joining the IT Support team at 1st line level, reacting to tickets that come in, troubleshooting the issues and taking them to resolution where possible. There is an escalation point where needed.This is a hybrid position looking at 4-5 days in Cheshire on site with the remaining 1 day remotely.Essential Skills Including Experience With
