1st Line Service Desk Analyst - Contract - Stoke-on-Trent - £150/Day Inside IR35 - initial 3-months

Our client is looking for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst for a 3-month initial contract in Stoke-on-trent, onsite, for £150/Day.

What will you be doing as a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst?

Our client requires a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to assist with:

  • Answer the telephones, logging the tickets, updating tickets, customer call backs.
  • Ability to ask questions and tease out information from customers.
  • Provide routine 1st line fix, password reset, assign permissions, add groups.

The ideal 1st Line Service Desk Analystwill have:

  • IT Service Manager tools (TOPdesk, Remedy or Service Now).
  • Previous experience as 1st Line Service Desk Analyst.
  • Communications skills and accurate call logging.
