We are looking for a Female Support Worker to join our Mencap team to provide 1:1 support to a gentleman to help him live independently in his own home on a permanent, part time basis (16 hours per week). This is a position which includes weekends and bank holidays and sleep ins.

We have a vacancy in Lobley Hill/Dunston area of Gateshead to provide round the clock support to a gentleman with a mild brain injury.

We are seeking people who have good values and a positive can do attitude and having experience in working with people with mild brain injuries would be advantageous but isn’t essential.

We provide you with a full induction programme including shadowing shifts to ensure you are confident within your role.
