Based in Derbyshire, this 111 provider in the Midlands is one of the largest in the country, in terms of the number of calls handled and population served. Operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We require pathways trained nurses and paramedics to cover hours throughout the day and night ensuring you have the flexibility to maintain a healthy work/life balance. And they are now extending to Oldbury in the West Midlands.

As a clinical advisor, you will be the first point of contact for patients, their relatives, healthcare professionals and other callers. Using NHS Pathways assessment software, you will assess the patient’s condition, provide basic advice and health information using they are directed to the most appropriate healthcare professional or service. Telephone interviews are available immediately for suitable candidates.

What you’ll need to succeed
  • Pathways training
  • NMC/HCPC registered
  • 2 years experience
  • Must have worked in 111 in the last 6 months
  • Must be able to commit to working weekend shifts
