Barker Ross Group are currently working with an employer of choice based at one of Mansfields’s largest employers in Shirebrook, Mansfield. The Frasers Group warehouse based in Shirebrook weighs in at an impressive 2.5 million square feet of space, that’s over 30 football pitches, and is one of the most advanced warehouses within the UK.

Whilst previous experience is useful it’s not essential and your progression won’t just stop there with most of the current warehouse leaders having started their careers and worked their way up, the possibility of career development is limitless.

The detail

All candidates can receive an attendance bonus which can add £1.25 per hour to your weekly wage by attending all your 5 shifts per week and clocking in correctly. Bonuses are also paid out for attending an extra shift each week. 2 hours overtime is also available per shift when required by the business allowing for additional pay opportunities.

Shifts

Shifts are rotating 5 out of 7 days a week from 1.30pm - 10pm.
