The role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced team manager to join our leading medical recruitment agency.
Due to maternity leave and company growth, we are seeking a team manager to lead, motivate, manage, and develop a team of recruitment consultants.
Reporting to the operations manager, the role requires working to structured daily activities, strict compliance standards and KPI’s and the achievement of financial budgets through the motivation of recruitment consultants, who place doctors into locum positions across the NHS and private sector.
The position is a people-oriented role that requires a highly organised individual to work closely with recruitment consultants and the management team, to ensure operational efficiency and service delivery across the business. There will be an element of ‘on call’ within this role once probation is completed.
The role is fast paced, ever evolving and requires an eye for detail, as well as a drive for hitting targets.
Ideal experience
An impressive track record of leading, managing and developing teams to achieve target within the temporary recruitment sector, working with NHS and Medical staff, a proven ability to achieve demanding targets and manage stakeholder relationships
IT Skills
Computer literate with skills across Excel, Word, Outlook and working with the internal CRM system
