We are on the lookout for a Sustainability Manager to join our friendly, dynamic team at Jordan’s Dorset Ryvita. As part of the ABF group, we have ambitious plans for growth over the next 5 years and we need someone with the drive and passion to help us get there.


Key Accountabilities

Our Sourcing and Distribution Director is looking for a team member to...

  • Lead the business in the implementation of the JDR Sustainable by Nature Strategy

  • Have accountability for owning and delivering several specific elements of the strategy whilst also co-ordinating and programme managing the strategy in its entirety.

  • Facilitate communication and engagement with the strategy across the business and to play a leading role as a technical expert in engagement with retailers and other stakeholders.

And you have the following skills and experiences....

  • Strong communication and influencing skills.

  • Functional experience in sustainability and within procurement and/or supply chain.

  • Project/partnership management

  • Regenerative agriculture experience would be an advantage.
