Sales Support
Secure Power Ltd is currently undergoing an exciting period of growth and change, we are looking for a Sales Support to work within our Sheffield (S13) office permanently. Working closely with the entire team to ensure the smooth running of the business by assisting with sales administration duties.
Position Summary:
What you will do in your working day:
This role involves responding to a high volume of incoming queries. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers is an essential part of the role.
It is the Sales Support’s responsibility to make sure that the day-to-day administration is successfully completed along with other assigned responsibilities detailed below.
- General assistance with developing all sales opportunities within new and existing accounts
- Complete and process all administration and documentation accurately and effectively
- General assistance with incoming sales enquiries
- Liaising with suppliers regarding stock availability and pricing
- Effectively quoting and delivering on customer quotation requests
- Managing CRM database products and pricing promptly
- To provide basic cover as appropriate during periods of staff leave
- To keep customers informed of any issues relating to their orders
- Liaise with other departments regarding ongoing sales orders
- Answering and directing callers to the appropriate department in a professional and courteous manner
- Welcoming visitors to the building
- Providing general information to callers

We will provide full product training, however, experience in sales/customer service role(s) will be beneficial.

Salary: £25,000, negotiable depending on experience
Hours: Based on 37.5 hours per week
