Who We Are Looking For
Crisis24’s IRM-Global Operations Division is seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our global team. This role is responsible for supporting project planning along with managing and driving project execution on time and within budget. In this role you will work in close collaboration with other Global Operations leaders and stakeholders to ensure projects are well targeted, effective, achievable and well executed. This role is also responsible for enhancing and maintaining insightful and instructive internal reporting and management information in support of sound decision making within Global Operations.
Project Manager, Global Operations reports directly to Senior Vice President, Global Operations.
What You Will Work On
Your key responsibilities include:
- Project Management: Support the planning, management and execution of key Global Operations’ projects in line with organizational objectives.
- Management Information: Further develop, collate and produce high quality metrics and other MI, including the Global Operations Monthly Report.
- Specific responsibilities include:
- Support the identification of project goals, tasks, dependencies and risks.
- Establish project governance and ensure projects are characterized by strong communication, stakeholder management and high quality input.
- Assign tasks, maintain task tracker and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Forecast resource needs and ensure the appropriate allocation of people throughout the project.
- Identify risks and issues that could impact timelines and/or success of the project. Develop solutions to address cited risks in close collaboration with business leaders.
- Regularly communicate project status and updates to key stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Track key project metrics and maintain related documentation.
- Ensure all deliverables meet key quality requirements.
- Conduct post-project evaluations, identify lessons learnt for all relevant functions, feeding into quality management system, training and future projects.
- Accountable for the production and enhancement of the Global Operations Monthly Management Report.
- Represent the Global Operations team in internal and external meetings as required.
- Work in partnership with commercial teams in building client relationships and supporting client meetings.
- As a member of the extended Global Leadership team, drive and contribute to the global mission.
- Minimum 3 years experience in operations and/or assistance industry.
- Previous experience in medical/health or security industry preferred.
- Previous experience in Project Management preferred.
- Experience working in a cross cultural environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Self-motivated, driven, resilient and positive.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills – able to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new systems.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- A team player who can handle additional responsibilities with professionalism.
- Additional qualifications/experience that would be a plus:
- Additional languages are advantageous.
- Experience in emergency management, call center, or expatriate settings.
- Extensive travel experience advantageous.
