The successful candidate will be responsible for the quality of raw/finished products, food safety, fruit quality and ensuring customer specifications are always met.

Further Duties
  • Assist QA Team in destructive tests (Brix and PSI).
  • Understand quality control procedures as per the quality management system and completing the associated documentation.
  • Carrying out destructive tests on fruits.
  • Communicate with QC team all findings.
  • Undertake inspections and checks as per instruction to ensure that the fruit and product meets customer specification, legislative requirements, and traceability procedures.
  • Make Senior Management aware of any quality issues which could affect product

    non-conformance.
  • Communicate any quality issues with Senior Management.
  • Shelf-life and shelf-life testing.
  • Cold storage monitoring.

Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.23 per hour, overtime £12.79 per hour (when available)

Own transport essential due to rural location
