Working with the project director you will need to be able to take control of a project, managing the relationship with the client, design team, local authorities and contractors on a day to day basis. You will be able to manage a series of projects at the same time.

You will need to combine design skills with technical knowledge to be able to work effectively across all stages of a project. Housing experience is essential as this is a core part of our work.

We are a design conscious practice with varied projects and clients. We offer strong support for professional and career development, and a broad range of experience, working on a variety of projects with a particular focus on public and private housing.

Our offices are based in Worcester. We are currently operating hybrid working for those who wish with a minimum three days a week in the office, and have invested in technology to support this.
