We are looking for a Production Planner to join our family-owned organisation with over 40 years of business within oil, gas and petrochemical industry. The successful Production Planner will be responsible for supporting the shopfloor manager, updating system information in syteline, creating and updating production schedules and capacity plans. Responsibilities: Ensure sales orders are released to the shop floor. Ensure Material availability on lines due each month. Creation and release of third-party operation jobs. Liaise with sales order processing on fast track order and take action to prioritise in production. Maintain Dialogue with customer care department on order status/progress. Manage stock takes (cycle counts) and stock locations to achieve maximum efficiencies Liaise with customer inspection, engineering and purchasing to resolve any issues during visits or inspection. Qualification and Skills: Be self-driven and highly motivated. Take ownerships of Projects. Excellent attention to detail. Plan and Prioritise work load, implement best practice in planning. Computer LiterateExperience of working with ERP systemsExcellent time keeping.Engineering background and experience within a similar role What’s on Offer?
