Working Link are looking for someone to join their team to manage all aspects of the office environment including admin, customer services, marketing as well as aspects of finance.

Working alongside the current project manager and business development manager, you will be involved in all aspects of the charity with a strong focus on the office processes. Your main responsibilities will include:

Customer service – Answering customer enquiries through telephone, email and face to face

Booking in furniture collections

Taking payments for products

Inputting data onto the electronic systems

Managing the gift aid process

Supporting with the development of social media and marketing campaigns

Documenting donated products

Support within the warehouse to process donations as required

Things to consider

The office environment at the charity is very busy and often requires its employees to pitch in with all elements of the business from office work to helping with furniture deliveries. Wages will be subject to review dependent upon performance.

The Project provides, meaningful opportunities helping unemployed individuals, who for a variety of reasons, are not ready or able to embark on a more formal training/educational programme or to directly enter the employment market. The Project is an integrated scheme catering for a wide variety of people, many of whom have special needs, including mental ill health
