The Bemrose School
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract type: 42 weeks per year
Required to start 21 March 2022 or sooner
Location: Uttoxeter New Road, Derby DE22 3HU

We seek to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and inspiring Inclusion Mentor who is passionate about the academic and pastoral well-being of children and young people, to join our dynamic and growing school.


In this key role you will professionally lead, manage, develop, and be accountable for the pupils in order to ensure the highest possible standards of achievement, progress, personal development and well-being.


You will be supporting and developing systems that actively raise pupil achievement and progress, and will have skills to demonstrate the ability to build very strong links with home, school and other key workers.


This is a very exciting and demanding role where you can make a difference. Developing positive attitudes to learning is a key issue in our whole school improvement, alongside raising the attainment and progress of all children, across both phases. This role is a key area for improvement in our transition to good and outstanding.
The school is committed to safeguarding & promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
