The New Frontiers/Incubator HR team provides support for this energy transformation business assisting in both day-to-day guidance and strategic partnership. Partner with the best
As a New Frontiers HR Partner, you will oversee the day to day management of all New Frontier/Incubator business human capital needs and ensure smooth integration with other company functions through the incubator life-cycle. This position will play a pivotal role to develop people, HR processes and culture to help lower our carbon footprint and make a positive impact in our communities for many generations to come. This role will be report to the Director, HR BD & Strategy and be a part of the BD & Strategy/TPS HR team.
As a New Frontiers HR Partner, you will also be responsible for:
Work closely with HRD, New Frontiers team members and acquiring companies to support a comprehensive and consistent people strategy for all M&A activity
Partner in troubleshooting M&A related issues and supporting the unique needs of acquired employees in the New Frontier business and leaders throughout their first year as they transition to new HR tools, programs, and processes
Serve as a liaison to ensure smooth integration of mergers and acquisitions into New Frontiers organization, partnering with M&A HR Team
Participates with M&A HR team and HRD on deal specifics; guides processes to ensure consistency; participates biweekly team updates and ensures post-close activities are consistent with deal agreements
Partner and coach extended HR team to ensure New Frontier business needs are being met.
Ensure integration plans are completed to meet the business needs with a focus on delivering a seamless and engaging employee experience
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related subject
Show considerable experience in a client focused Human Resources related role particularly across COEs, policy and process improvement
Have the tactical skills required with proven success in driving and completing multiple cross-functional and cross-regional projects
Demonstrate discretion in managing highly confidential information, including sensitive employee demographic and compensation data and adherence to global data privacy requirements
Have a solution focused problem solving mindset with critical thinking skills
Show high attention to detail with the ability to see the “bigger picture” and understand strategic/broader implications
Ability to understand and see the connectivity between the Human Capital Technology Team, HR COEs and other functional partner
