- Leading the Enforcement function and working closely with colleagues across the Agency to deliver high quality input to all aspects of enforcement.
- Building effective partnerships with external agencies which enable new approaches
- Leading the design, development and delivery of enforcement and intervention activities necessary to support SEPA’s Approach to Regulation.
Skills
This is a highly important role within our Regulation, Business & Environment portfolio. The portfolio delivers the full range of environmental regulation which means you will need many skills including:
- Strong leadership skills- as a key strategic lead, you will be expected to implement substantial changes across the portfolio and motivate and develop team members to deliver success.
- A passion for Stakeholder relations, strong internal and external influencing, and collaboration skills - making change happen requires investment and influential organisational leadership.
- A comprehensive and detailed understanding of all aspects of good practice in data and analysis along with experience of delivering innovative approaches.
