We are working with an Award-Winning Multi-Disciplinary Practice who are in the top 100 Best Mid-Size Companies to work for 2021, AJ100 Employer of the Year 2020 and Building Architectural Practice of the Year 2020 to help expand their team!
They are currently recruiting for a Graduate Landscape Architect, to join their growing Landscape & Urban Design team in South Wales.
As a Graduate Landscape Architect, you will be involved in supporting the Senior team on a number of exciting schemes within Education, Public Realm, Residential and Commercial schemes at varying scales and at different design stages, from concept to planning through to tender and contract implementation. Many of the projects are in collaboration with architects and as such they have an integrated design approach and offer an excellent springboard opportunity for any junior landscape architect looking to advance into the industry.
- A Landscape Architecture degree and a MSc in Landscape Architecture is beneficial
- Proficient in Auto Cad, illustrator and adobe creative suite and construction materials
- Competent using AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop or Sketchup
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Team player, self-motivated and fast learner
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage time with multiple tasks
- Have at least one year of work experience in professional practice
- Have a good attention to detail and able to check their own work
- Have a reasonable understanding of the planning system
- Have good eye for design detail and attractive graphics
- Must be eligible to work in the UK with immediate effect. Any permission required to work in the UK MUST already be in place
- A full UK driving licence
