Finance Manager role -

Our new Manufacturing sector client based near Ormskirk are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join the growing team. This role will be perfect for an experienced and confident qualified Accountant who can help drive and manage a small team in all aspects of accounts. As a Finance Manager there will have lots of opportunity to make this accounts function your own and to build on your existing experience.This Finance Manager role is to manage and drive the daily finance tasks for the finance function.Key responsibilities include -- Support the preparation of completion of Management Accounts and the budget process- To manage the completion of Finance reports and balance sheet recs for the business- Working to strict deadlines in completing cash flow reports and forecasting- Production of KPI reports for management- Managing a small team to to meet key deadlines- Owning the costing process reviews and continual process improvementAs a Finance Manager you will be able to demonstrate extensive experience in a similar role ideally from within a similar inustry sector, to be able to lead and drive the small team to ensure progression and continued excellence.Finance Manager Experience Required -

  • Ideally Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA Accountant
  • Previous management experience in a finance based role
  • Relevant accounting background in a growing SME envirinment is advantageous
  • Excellent communicator, to build great working relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong Commercial awareness withthe ability to influence change.
  • Strong attention to detail.
